At the HR department in Södertälje municipality, over forty people work to provide support in employer-related issues to all municipal operations. Do you want to help develop the future HR object in Södertälje municipality? We are now looking for a system administrator who wants to contribute to quality, efficiency, and development in an organization where digitization and information security are a high priority.
Your responsibilities
As a system administrator, you will:
- Manage, coordinate, and develop our systems and continuity planning for the HR object (e.g., Visma Personec P, Timecare, WinLas, Learnifier, etc.).
- Work according to the pm3 management model and participate in the introduction of new working methods and systems.
- Plan and carry out processing, testing, and adjustments of systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, both internally and in dialogue with suppliers.
- Suggest and drive improvements based on the needs of the organization.
- Participate in development projects and user forums.
- Contribute with requirement specification and expert support during the procurement of new systems, in close collaboration with the Management Leader (FL) and FL-IT, to ensure that the solutions meet the organization's needs, technical guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on information security requirements within the administration together with FL/FL-IT, including ensuring that systems and processes comply with applicable legislation, internal policies, and established security standards.
- Collaborate closely with payroll specialists, management leaders, IT, and other colleagues to ensure that news and important information reach the organization.

Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a system administrator or object specialist in complex HR or payroll systems.
- Experience in documenting processes and creating user manuals/checklists.
- Experience in producing and ensuring the quality of outputs and reports.
- University education in computer science or equivalent or other post-secondary education that the employer considers relevant.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applications belonging to Microsoft 365.
- Good understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks, pm3 or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious:
- Experience in system implementation projects.
- Experience in support work.
- Knowledge of GDPR and information security.
- Experience working in a public and politically governed organization.

At the HR department, we have annual working hours, which gives you some control over your working hours. With us, you will work independently and take significant responsibility for your tasks. Additionally, you will spend your working days in bright modern premises with a group of colleagues who are happy to share their expertise. We are centrally located in Södertälje, close to commuter trains and buses.
